Returns 

What is your Return Policy? 

We understand that sometimes your item may not meet your expectations and we are happy to assist you with making it right. We will accept returns for exchange only in the amount of the item(s).

Please review our full return policy below. 

  • Returns are for exchange only ! No refunds will be issued. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping with a tracking number.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned, refunded or exchanged. 
  • All returns/exchanges must be done within 3 days of order receipt. 
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. 
  • NON-RETURNABLE: Final sale items, Jewelry, Intimates, Bras, Camisoles, Slips, Socks, Gift Certificates, Custom and/or Monogram Orders, and Downloadable/Email Files.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box.   
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise.  

Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense; after 3 days all non-returnable merchandise will be donated. For additional information on returns, or if you have a question that wasn’t answered, please email us at sassybutsweet2013@gmail.com.

How do I return my merchandise? 

  1. Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will be paid to have them returned to you.
  2. Place unwanted merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with original invoice included.

When will my return be processed? 

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of our receiving them. Please record your tracking information to see when it arrives.  

*We recommend recording your tracking information to ensure delivery. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once your return is received. A confirmation email will be sent once the credit is available. 

Exchanges 

How does the exchange process work? 

If you would like to exchange the same item for a different size, you may go ahead and place a new order for that item. You will receive free shipping from our boutique for the new item and we will issue a REFUND back to your original payment form for that item when your return is processed. All other returns are for store credit only. Click on the link above to begin any exchange process as well.
